DASUs undertake detailed on-site consultation for energy retrofit actions and the implementation with their networks of experienced architects and craftsmen.

Architects in Kempten are awarded with the REASURE Best Practice Certificate

The EC co-funded project REASURE supported the installation and operation of DASUs in Germany, Greece, Ireland, Scotland and Spain. Moreover, the REASURE consortium comprising of scientific organisations from the participating countries analysed the overall energy saving potential for the building stock of the DASU regions. This analysis was done for various building types and was based on different payback scenarios.

The REASURE group supported the DASUs in various other activities, such as developing brochures and information material, preliminary and detailed consultation work, seminars and workshops with energy consultants and stakeholders.

The REASURE project combined the experiences from on-site consultancy services and campaigns with scientific research and analysis work. Consequently, the project succeeded in raising important knowledge about the retrofit potential in the participating countries and developed successful strategies to explore this potential.
REASURE was co-financed by the European Commission ALTENER Programme.
