Support to all stakeholders from the Photovoltaic sector and related sectors to contribute to the SET-Plan

The ETIP PV Secretariat proposal (EUPV+) is designed to re-strengthen the European Technology and Innovation Platform for Photovoltaics (ETIP PV) by implementing a strong and pro-active Secretariat which will provide effective support to the ETIP PV Governance structures and the Working Groups. It will also further work to ensure that the ETIP PV becomes the point of reference for all stakeholders, especially PV industry, but also European and Member State officials. The project shall continue integrating national or regional PV platforms, and strengthening the relations with other organizations supporting the same goals, such as EERA, but also national PV associations and all trade bodies aiming at supporting the development of the European PV industry, not forgetting the other ETIPs.

The main responsibilities of the Secretariat will be:

• Organisational, secretarial and operational support to the Platform, including the Executive Committee, the Steering Committee and the ad hoc Working Groups
• Preparation and organization of the Platform meetings as well as the Annual ETIP PV Conference(s) and the ETIP PV workshop(s), round-table(s) or other event(s) in support of the SET-Plan activities
• Doing research and providing advice for the documents prepared by ETIP PV WGs
• Cultivating the link to the SET-Plan Implementation Plan and its Implementation Working Group (IWG) PV
• Coordinating the flow of information within the Platform and between the Platform and its target audience
• Promotion of the ETIP PV Vision the broader solar PV stakeholder community, including other ETIPs, relevant R&I players, policy makers, industry, national stakeholders at EU members state level as well as global level.
• Performing editing and graphic-design work on the ETIP PV’s written output
• Publishing and publicizing the main outputs of the WGs and the Platform
